The sentinel trip unit manages to combine all the functions and tools you need in just one system thanks to its intelligent design. This gives you flexibility in reacting to changes in your distribution system at any time. The LCD-display and encoder wheels make its operation simple. LSI Sentinel Trip Unit
How to set it up?
The parameters of the LSI sentinel trigger can be adjusted on the front panel using encoder wheels. In addition, the LCD display can be activated via the USB-C interface with a power source, battery or laptop, to view the settings made.

Power the display with a power bank
or laptop.
Encoder Wheel
Use the encoder wheel to change the setting values. Each parameter is displayed in real time, in amperes or seconds.

The easy-to-read LCD display allows for easy adjustment and configuration of your shutter release.
Bluetooth Connection
Monitor your ACB with the Hager Power Touch app using the Energy LSI sentinel trigger by on Bluetooth.
Communication Module
Optional communication modules (COMs) enable communication via Modbus-RTU or Modbus-TCP.
Remote Display
The optional remote display provides access to the ACB display when mounted behind a door or solid panel.
Module OAC
Remotely inform of customisable predefined events (49 available) with the optional OAC module, which drives up to 5 output contacts.
Connecting coils
The transmit and close coils are ready to receive on/off commands from the Hager Power touch app, Hager Power setup software, or Modbus communication.
USB-C connection
Allows the trigger to operate without mains power, connect to a computer, use Hager Power setup software for testing and commissioning.

With the clear graphic TFT display, you will have all the important information in view.
Automatic parameter scrolling screen
You can choose to scroll through your favourite settings or metering screens by activating Live mode. Up to 36 predefined screens are available.
Viewing measurements
You can retrieve all parameters at any time by pressing the OK button. Most measured values can be displayed both numerically and graphically.
Trip and alarm notifications
A colour code defines the level of criticality of the events: orange for an alarm, red for tripping operation.

Auxiliary Contacts (AX)
Auxiliary contacts are used to remotely signal the status of the ACB (ON or OFF).
• 4 auxiliary contacts (AX) are fitted as standard on the HW1 and HW2 ACBs,
• 6 auxiliary contacts (AX) are fitted as standard on the HW4 ACBs,
• ready to be connected.
Spring Loading Motor (MO)
The spring loading motor is used to load the ACB closing mechanism. It is available for all common supply voltages.
Coils
The coils allow the ACB to be opened or closed remotely. A total of 3 coils can be mounted in the ACB:
• 1 emission coil (SH)
• 1 low voltage (UV) coil
• 1 closing coil (DC)
• Communicating coil option for sentinel Energy LSI
Push Button Lock
The push buttons can be locked to prevent unwanted pressing. This also allows the ACB to mechanically force the OFF position.
Key lock in the OFF position (OLK)
To lock the position of the OFF button, simply mount a Ronis key lock.
Mechanical Interlocking (MI)
Locking 2 or 3 ACBs together for security applications. Compatible with all versions of circuit breakers (3P and 4P, fixed and plug-in).
